Dear Chet:

I've been doing the five daily rites for fifteen years now. Even though I am nearly fifty years of age, many people guess my age to be in my mid-thirties.

I admit that I do not always do the exercises, but I seem to be aging more slowly than other people that I grew up with, including my brothers, which tends to rule out a genetic factor.

I cannot say for certain that the five daily rites have slowed my aging process; but I don't do much of anything else to slow my aging except taking vitamins regularly. It is good to see the Five Rites on your site.
